The Glen Oaks Concourse underwent a significant renovation, replacing its older concrete structure with a modern facade featuring wood and glass elements. To address noise concerns, sound-absorbing panels were integrated into the ceiling. The project delivered several new amenities, including a modern grand staircase with glass walls and wooden handrails, a 100-seat dining area, refurbished meeting rooms and comfortable seating areas equipped with modern technology. Additionally, a new art gallery was established and existing restrooms were modernized.
