The well-known Mackenzies Bakery, formerly housed in Kalamazoo, was brought to Vicksburg and forged a new home in the beloved Doris Lee Sweet Shop building. The Frederick Construction team completed a total renovation of the space, including a full retail counter and glass display case, baking ovens and proofer, all new floor and wall tile, custom entryway tile and a custom neon sign hung in the interior above their display case.
