Construction of the 31,000-square-foot Niles Community Health Center showcases building and site concrete, exterior brick veneer, structural steel, massive timber trusses, cold-formed framing, asphalt paving, interior finishes and new mechanical systems. Inside, the lobby features an exposed wood plank vaulted ceiling with custom casework and trims, as well as 26 exam rooms to support Behavioral, OB and Physician services with an on-site pharmacy that offers drive-through access.
