This project is a 2-story, 10,000-square-foot addition to the existing Pivotal site. The build is comprised of an expanded clubhouse space on the lower floor with a commercial-grade kitchen, café and day room. The upper floor contains a management office space.

A groundbreaking ceremony was held on October 7, 2025, to kick off the project. The anticipated project completion date is July 2026.
