Major renovations are underway at Glen Oaks Community College B & D Halls in the athletic suite, fitness room, education spaces, and exterior envelope.

The exterior work involves cladding consisting of masonry wainscot, metal studs, insulated metal panels, new glazing systems and new entry stairs and ramp. Interior renovations range from a complete reconstruction with a new layout of the athletic locker spaces to minor finish upgrades.

The scope of work includes minor excavations, masonry, concrete, metal stud framing, roofing, glazing systems, doors & openings, fire alarm & sprinklers, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, equipment replacement, ceilings and finish trades.
