This multi-year project will consist of improvements and new additions to the district’s elementary, junior/senior high school and intermediate buildings. The Frederick Construction team will also make significant improvements to the athletic and technology departments.

Jr/Sr High School Renovations:

• Greenhouse addition
• New flooring in select areas
• Science room renovation
• New windows
• Courtyard renovations
• Painting in select areas
• New acoustic sound panels in the gym

Athletics Department Renovations:

• New dugouts
• Updated press box & bleachers
• Relocation of the softball field
• New fencing
• New tension net backstops
• New bullpens & batting cages
• Exterior lighting

Elementary School Renovations:

• 15,000 SF new addition includes:
  • New gym
  • Daycare center
  • Additional classrooms
• New corridor flooring
• Window & door replacements
• New secured entrance & welcome center
• New parking lot
