Glen Oaks Community College awarded Frederick Construction with the opportunity to complete a 41,600 square foot framed, three-story dormitory on their campus. This project features two floorplans, each offering a full kitchen and living area with individual temperature control in each bedroom. Other amenities include a stone fireplace on the main floor and a laundry room and common study/lounge areas on every floor. This fast track project was completed within 32 weeks—just in time for students to begin their 2018 Fall semester. The project was valued at 6 million dollars and was completed on August 15, 2018, for the fall semester.
